1. Acceptance

By accessing the site or creating a cloud workspace you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts & plans

You are responsible for credentials and activity under your organization. Plan packs (Starter, Growth, Business) and Pay Per Use credits follow the published catalog (minutes, tokens, top-ups). Fees are due as presented at checkout; taxes may apply.

3. Open-source components

Self-hosted software is licensed under the applicable repository licenses. Cloud hosting does not transfer ownership of our managed platform code. Your prompts, agent configs, and customer content remain yours.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful robocalling, harassment, fraud, malware distribution, infringement, or attempts to breach other tenants. You must comply with telecom consent, recording, and spam laws in every jurisdiction you dial. We may suspend for abuse or unpaid balances.

5. Telephony & providers

Carrier fees, number ownership, and provider outages may sit outside Risosi. BYOK keys are your responsibility to secure and rotate. We are not liable for third-party model hallucinations or carrier failure beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual property

Risosi marks, site design, and managed service IP are ours. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation. You grant us a limited license to host and process content solely to run the service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Early-phase features may change.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RISOSI’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Risosi against claims arising from your content, dialing practices, or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

10. Law & changes

Governing law and venue will be stated in a future enterprise MSA when applicable; until then, disputes will be handled in good faith negotiation first. We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Contact: info@risosi.com.
