This policy covers risosi.com marketing properties (including voice-ai.risosi.com), Risosi Cloud Voice Studio / API when you are a customer, and communications with info@. Self-hosted deployments you operate yourself are under your own privacy program — we do not process that traffic unless you explicitly send it to our cloud.
Account data (name, email, organization), billing metadata, agent configuration you store in cloud, call metadata and optional recordings/transcripts you enable, support emails, and standard web logs (IP, user agent, pages viewed). We do not sell personal data.
To provide and secure the service, meter usage against plan packs or Pay Per Use credits, improve reliability, respond to support, and communicate product updates you request. We may use aggregated, de-identified metrics for capacity planning.
Cloud hosting, email, payment gateways, and optional speech providers you select may process data under their terms. BYOK means your provider relationship may apply in addition to ours. A current subprocessor list is available on request to info@risosi.com.
You can choose self-host or VPC deployments to keep media inside your boundary. For Risosi Cloud, data is stored in regions we operate or contract; retention for recordings/transcripts follows your workspace settings and legal holds. Marketing analytics cookies, if any, are kept short-lived.
Depending on jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR / CCPA-style rights), you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data we hold. Email info@risosi.com. We may need to verify identity and retain limited records for fraud, billing disputes, or law.
We use transport encryption, access-controlled admin surfaces, vaulted provider credentials, and least-privilege practices. No method is perfect — report suspected vulnerabilities privately to info@risosi.com.
The service is directed at organizations and professionals, not children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above and, for active cloud customers, a reasonable notice method (email or in-product).
